If you are one of those people who fall asleep with the television on, the noise a soothing distraction of sleepless thoughts, then audio stories may work particularly well for you. Looking at screens before bed is known to disrupt sleep. Try a podcast instead. You still get background noise but without having stare at something emitting bright, blue light.
